So I was on a chat forum with Piece N' Quilt (called Talkin' Tuesdays...LOVE IT). Anyways, the question was asked whether people enjoy quilting with new fabric or using scraps better. I thought my answer was a bit expected and dull....duh..BOTH!!! But to my shock and surprise there are actually some who don't like scraps! Unbelievable to me, I didn't think it was possible! :) I'm the maniac who just drove 30 minutes out of my way to go pick up another lady's bag of old scraps free off of 'Freecycle'! (Then again, I always knew I was a little nutty.)
Anyways, to get the point...I LOVE SCRAPS!...And there is an amazing!!! scraps giveaway at Comfortstitching. It's a new blog I've found that I haven't had nearly enough time to search through thoroughly enough yet. :) But it looks really cute, and I can't wait to win all of those beautiful scraps! Wish me luck!!! :)
I am a nut then too because I will DRIVE some distance AS WELL to pick up fabric scraps too!!! They are from Freecycle too!!!

Absolutely! Not sure how I would get them though...we're pretty much on opposite sides of the country. :) (and that's a bit too much of a drive!)
